Escape to Amelia Island and our unique little bungalow, affectionately called Triple B Ranch. Triple B is not a ranch at all but an island cottage located in the center of Amelia near shopping and restaurants and 1.1 miles from the beach. It's a home away from home, with many amenities, comfy and cozy just for YOU!

     Welcome to our quaint and island home centrally located on Amelia Island! The 1300 sf bungalow is located in a residential neighborhood, and offers the opportunity to have a peaceful and quiet vacation. Shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, mini golf and more, are within a couple of blocks or less, and the closest public beach acces

     Welcome to our quaint and island home centrally located on Amelia Island! The 1300 sf bungalow is located in a residential neighborhood, and offers the opportunity to have a peaceful and quiet vacation. Shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, mini golf and more, are within a couple of blocks or less, and the closest public beach access is only 1.1 miles with sidewalk all the way. Parks, historic and quaint downtown Fernandina Beach, the popular ecological greenway, Fort Clinch, horseback riding and many other local attractions, including surfing, fishing and golfing, are just a short 10-minute drive, or less, away. Bring your bikes, kayaks, or boats for plenty of fun on the island. (boats and trailers must be cleared by owner prior to visit due to height restrictions)

        The bungalow has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, full-size kitchen, laundry area, two living areas, each with dining and TV. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, closet and bathroom. The second bedroom has a full-size bed, dresser and closet. The 3rd bedroom has a daybed with trundle, chifforo

        The bungalow has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, full-size kitchen, laundry area, two living areas, each with dining and TV. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, closet and bathroom. The second bedroom has a full-size bed, dresser and closet. The 3rd bedroom has a daybed with trundle, chifforobe and closet. There is a fold out futon in one of the two living areas. The 2nd bathroom is centrally located to all as is the laundry area. The front porch and side porch make the perfect spots for that morning coffee, or relaxing in the evening after a day at the beach, fishing, sightseeing, shopping, or whatever strikes your fancy.

        plus 12.5% hotel tax

        $3000 per month (30 nights) 

        plus 12.5% hotel tax 

        (for county & state)

        If for longer than 6 months, no tax

        PLEASE NOTE: Dehumidifier (because we are in Florida) provides nice ‘white’ noise and it, as well as the overhead fans, should remain on for the most comfortable stay.
